Why do I see families on TV using dice on a card game SORRY!?

Why do I see people using dice on TV the on family game of SORRY?
There are no dice in the family game of SORRY. But when I watch a show, or a sad story on the news. They are using dice, instead the cards. WHY?

We have a mix of emotions when we see something, so simple, done so incorrectly.
TV/Movie Stars and TV/Movie Directors live in an entirely different world from us.
For one example: many of then missed their entire childhoods. They didn’t play Sorry!

For that reason, the best directors will hire a consultant for certain scenes.
An expert. They certainly needed a Sorry! consultant on the shows that you watched.
They probably tried to save money over hiring a consultant. How hard could it be!
They don’t even know: what it is that they don’t know.
